These Terms of Use govern your use of MotoTrackr, a mobile app for motorcycle track-day riders and racers to record lap times, sessions, motorcycles, and setup notes.
By using MotoTrackr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Motorcycle riding, racing, and track-day activities are inherently risky. MotoTrackr is provided only as a record-keeping and reference tool. The app does not provide safety advice, professional coaching, emergency services, or real-time race-control information.
You are responsible for riding safely, following all laws, track rules, event organizer instructions, and using proper judgment at all times.
You agree to use MotoTrackr only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with your safe operation of a motorcycle or vehicle.
Do not use the app while riding or in any situation where interacting with a device could be unsafe or prohibited.
MotoTrackr stores app data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you need. If you uninstall the app, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your locally stored MotoTrackr data may be lost.

MotoTrackr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoTrackr and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, inaccurate lap/session records, device issues, or any losses related to motorcycle riding, racing, track-day participation, or reliance on information entered into or displayed by the app.
The app or related documentation may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of MotoTrackr after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
